Lelouch of the Resurrection - PV

If you are a Code Geass fan, then you probably already know a new season was announced a while back, Lelouch of the Resurrection. Now, we have a preview:

It's the same one that was released at an event a while back in Japan, but with much better quality.

Let's talk about it!



We start with the mask of Zero on a beach somewhere. Is that the real one? Has it been abandoned by someone else? It's not like there were few of those by the time R2 ended (over a million really). In any case, it's a telling sign. The era of Zero is at an end.

Indeed, we are then treated to explosions. Is it a terrorist group of some kind or do we have an actual war in our hands?

Kaguya is in China. We don't see the Empress but she's probably there too. Also, that one lolicon Black Knight is with Kaguya. Careful, Kaguya!

The trio of Kallen, Tamaki, and that one rat bastard are still together and making Japanese food at a festival somewhere. That's nice. Peaceful times which are probably not going to last.

Zerozaku haunts the night! Because yes, that's totally Suzaku.

Oh, battleships! And the Shinkiro is deployed. This one is interesting. The Shinkiro is not something just anyone can pilot at full capacity. The Druid System was something only Lelouch could control. That said, we don't see the pilot using the Druid System so maybe they are just using it as a symbol. Also, it looks like they upgraded it with Energy Wings.

One cart! Two camels! You laughed at the cart driver theory, but now it laughs at you!

Flamencos and Loyalty. I'm not even going to try to guess. That said, Jeremiah better survive. Orange Farm end is the best end,

Kallen's Gurren flanked by what looks to be Sutherlands. Are they fighting? Are they working together? In any case, it looks like we won't have to wait long to see Kallen back in a Knightmare Frame.

Cornelia is really hot when she has her hair without all those curls. I have no idea what she is up to, but she's looking good while doing it.

Suzaku is wearing his Knight of Round's outfit and running from something. This one is really interesting. He's supposed to be stuck as Zero. Kururugi Suzaku is officially dead. Why wear that outfit?

The answer, I fear, may have to wait a long time.
